24/7 Emergency Response
Rapid attendance to incidents, welfare concerns, safeguarding matters, behavioural issues, unauthorised visitors, anti-social behaviour and property-related risks, providing clients with calm, professional support when immediate on-site presence is required.

Mobile Patrols & Property Protection
Visible patrols, site inspections, key holding, alarm response, vacant property inspections and community reassurance visits designed to deter anti-social behaviour, identify emerging risks, protect property and provide reassurance to residents, staff, neighbours and local communities.

Welfare & Safeguarding Support
Trauma-informed welfare checks, safeguarding visits, lone worker support, vulnerable client transportation and accommodation-based intervention delivered by SIA licensed, DBS checked staff experienced in managing risk within housing, homelessness, supported accommodation and community settings.
Impact Initiatives provides a range of housing with support to young women in Brighton & Hove and Worthing. We provide safe accommodation and so when we decided to partner with an external service to provide out of hours support, we needed people that we could trust and who we knew were able to deliver a service similar to our own overnight. Base One Response has been amazing. They are always available and happy to help. They provide an approximate timeline and update if anything changes along the way. They provide a professional response and treat staff and clients with respect at all times. They provide verbal updates, written reports and monthly data for us to monitor trends. Regular and reactive cleaning services covering HMOs, temporary accommodation, supported housing, offices and communal areas. Services include scheduled cleaning, deep cleans, waste management, bulk refuse removal and environmental hazard cleaning where specialist intervention is required.

Comprehensive end-of-tenancy recovery services including property clearances, deep cleaning, waste removal, lock changes, property inspections, environmental hazard remediation, security works and void preparation, helping clients minimise downtime, protect assets and return properties to occupation as quickly as possible.

Maintenance, Compliance & Pest Control
Comprehensive facilities management support, including reactive maintenance coordination, routine and emergency inspections, compliance reporting, lock repairs and lock changes, pest control management, environmental hazard cleaning, health and safety monitoring, contractor coordination and detailed property condition reporting.
